I began my career in 1957 as a Banker in the City of London, spending 24 years in domestic, trust, and international banking across France, Portugal, Canada, and the United States. I left banking in 1981 as a Vice President of an American bank in London and transitioned into investment brokerage, initially operating in the UK before expanding internationally.
My extensive experience led me to work across the Middle East, particularly in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In 1989, I founded my own company, growing it into a substantial business. With expertise in all aspects of financial planning, I specialize in investment strategies and the use of specialist investment vehicles for tax efficiency, retirement, and inheritance planning for expatriates.
A Freeman of the City of London, I have also served as an Assistant to the Court of a historic City Livery Company, contributing to its Finance Committee and investment portfolios. Additionally, I am a member of a second City Livery.
